Mentor Coaching and Coaching supervision

Mentor coaching programme is for professional coaches who want to develop as a coach and are pursuing or updating their accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). True Potential offers Mentor Coaching for individual coaches as well as groups.

Sari Vuohtoniemi is an experienced, Professional Certified Coach (ICF) with more than 10 years of experience and with 2300 hours of coaching of senior executives and leaders both in the business and public sectors. She uses her strong presence together with powerful tools and a broad theoretical background to ensure an impactful coaching process. In 2019 she expects to receive her MCC level accreditation, the highest accreditation level for professional coaches within the International Coach Federation. She is currently President elect in the board of International Coaching Federation's Finland's chapter.
