What is ICF?

International Coach Federation is an international community for professional coaches. It has over 25.000 members in over 135 countires. ICF Finland has been founded 2007. The members of ICF Finland are educated coaches, who are dedicated to constantly develop themselves as coaches and obey ethical guidelines. Almost all the members ahve ACC; PCC or MCC-certification.

Advancing the awareness coaching profession in the society.

"After being a member of ICF for more than 10 years, I am now exited of this opportunity to advance the coaching profession as well as awareness of what coaching is and benefits coaching can bring, as well as supporting my fellow coaches the best I can", says Sari Vuohtoniemi. She continues, one thing that I love about ICF, is that it really requires its member for lifelong journey to develop as a coach in order to become and remain as members of ICF. I am very much looking forward for the collaboration both in Finland and internationally.
