We work internationally with leaders, leadership teams, professional coaches, and organizations ready to go beyond quick fixes and do the deeper work that genuine, sustainable change requires.

Founder
True Potential was founded by Sari Vuohtoniemi in 2012. In 2014, Sari became CEO of the Finnish subsidiary of an international leadership consulting firm, a role she held until 2018. Later that same year, she relaunched True Potential’s operations.
Purpose
I founded True Potential because I believe leadership development has to go deeper than surface-level techniques, and I wanted to build a place where that kind of work is possible, for the leaders and organizations who are ready for it.
We believe every person holds a great deal of untapped potential, and so does every organization. The name True Potential captures the core of our purpose: to help people and organizations unlock their true potential, and through that, build a better world.
