Leadership for True Potential™ is a comprehensive, transformative leadership growth process grounded in current research on leadership, leadership development, and human growth, including Sari’s ongoing PhD research in psychology, and built on more than 25 years of experience in leadership development.
Program goals

- You become aware of your core strengths and your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving , and the underlying mental mechanisms that drive them
- You learn to make better use of your strengths, overcome inner barriers, and gain practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, and managing your own energy and wellbeing
- You clarify what genuinely motivates you, your values, and your sense of purpose, bringing more authenticity, meaning, and focus to how you lead
- You get support and tools for your own personal growth
II. You grow as a leader who helps others, and your organization, unlock their true potential
- You deepen your understanding of people and your emotional intelligence, and learn to take differences into account in your leadership more effectively
- You build leadership and coaching skills to help others to unlock more of their potential
- You strengthen your ability to operate in challenging, complex leadership situations
- You learn to support the formation of self-managing high-performing teams
- In your role as a leader, you learn to strengthen collective leadership, and to create better conditions for your organization’s success
The program is holistic, engaging thinking, emotion, the body, and action, all grounded in the leader as a person and leader’s own context and everyday work. It combines group training and coaching, individual coaching, practice with fellow participants and with colleagues and teams at your own workplace, plus independent reflection and practice in daily life. Together with your coach, you’ll design a personal leadership growth program built around your own goals. You’ll also have virtual support through a coaching platform for the duration of the program, along with the chance to form deep growth partnerships with other leaders from different organizations.
The program is delivered as of order in Finnish or English, and can be tailored to fit your organization’s needs and goals.
