True Potential supports coaches who want to strengthen their own professional development. We offer coaching supervision, mentor coaching, and coaching skills training.
Coaching supervision is an interaction in which a coach brings their coaching work experience to a session for support, reflection, and learning from that experience – so that the coach or mentor, their clients, and the client’s organization all benefit and grow. The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) requires its members to engage in ongoing coaching supervision to maintain professional competence.
Mentor coaching is intended for professional coaches, or those working toward becoming one. It supports applying for or renewing ICF (International Coaching Federation) ACC, PCC, and MCC certifications.
Both mentor coaching and coaching supervision can be delivered individually or in small groups.
Coaching Skills Training
On request, True Potential runs organization-specific coaching skills training for internal coaches, managers, and staff more broadly.
Riitta Salminen (ICF PCC), an experienced executive coach and leadership developer, describes her own coaching supervision journey with Sari:
work as an executive coach and leadership developer. Growth and continuous development as a coaching professional matter deeply to me. I wanted to strengthen the impact of my own coaching work. I chose Sari as my coaching supervisor because I already knew her as a colleague and valued her broad expertise, experience, and compelling presence. Coaching supervision turned out to be a remarkable journey into myself – into my own mental models and beliefs. We built a trusting, open working relationship that made real insight and learning possible.
beliefs. We built a trusting, open working relationship that made real insight and learning possible. Working through my own coaching cases anonymously gave me fresh perspectives on my work as a coach. I learned a great deal about the interaction between coach and client. I became aware of my own patterns and reached deep into my own core. In coaching work, it’s essential to pause and give yourself time to reflect. It was powerful to experience firsthand what it actually feels like to unlock hidden potential. I’m grateful, and I warmly recommend Sari as a coaching supervisor.
