Keynote speaking

Sari speaks regularly at international events and academic conferences on leadership and human growth, bringing to the stage both more than 25 years of practical experience and her ongoing PhD research.

Our talks don’t lean on trend-driven talking points. They’re built on long practical leadership experience and research into how leaders actually grow and change. Every talk is designed around the client’s specific needs and goals, we don’t offer a ready-made package, but build content that fits your audience and your event.

Example topics

  • “Growing as a Leader” – You can’t take others further than you’ve gone yourself.
  • “Leadership’s Last Illusion” – Why control, certainty, and heroic leadership no longer work in complex, AI-shaped environments, and what replaces them.
  • “Self-Awareness and Harnessing Difference in Teams” – How do you turn different ways of thinking and working into a team’s strength, rather than an obstacle?
  • “The Leadership of Trust” –  How do you strengthen your team’s trust when nothing is certain anymore?
  • “Metacognition –  the Leader’s Most Invisible Skill” – The ability to observe and regulate your own thinking, and why it matters more than competence.
